68th Annual General Meeting Of Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra

 The 68TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF UTTARPARA SANGEET CHAKRA will be held on Monday, the 2nd October, 2023 at 5-30 P.M. at the 'Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra Bhawan' 163, New G. T. Road, (Mandirbari Ghat) P.O.: Uttarpara, Hooghly-712258 to discuss the following agenda. Members are requested to attend the venue in time.

AGENDA

1. To accept the Proceedings of the 67th Annual General Meeting held on 24th September, 2022

-: NOTE:-

(1) Members are requested to collect prescribed Nomination Paper for the post of office Bearers and vacant post of Retired Executive Committee Members from office of the Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra. Nomination Papers, duly Proposed and Seconded, should reach the office of the Returning Officer of Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra on or before 26th September, 2023 by 09:00 p.m. Retiring members are also eligible for Re-election, Details (i.e. Eligibility, Name List etc.) of the Election Notice will be displayed on the Office Notice Board.
(2) Scrutiny of the Nomination papers - Returning Officer shall scrutinize the Nomination Papers on 28th September 2023 at 8:00 p.m.
(3) Last Date for Withdrawal of Nomination Papers on 29th September, 2023 by 09:00 p.m.
(4) Members are requested to collect the audited accounts for the year 2022-2023 from office of the Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra, 163, G. T. Road, (Mandirbati Ghat), Uttarpara, on 30th September, 2023 between 7:00 P.M. & 9:00 P.M.

Attention:

Renewal of membership will open on 8th October, 2023 at 8-00 P.M. at the office of
Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra (maximum two equal instalments). Application for New membership will be opened from 15th October, 2023. Admission fee of new member is Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) and Annual Subscription.
